The short version
Send us a message and we hold that message so we can reply to it. That is the whole relationship. We do not profile you, we do not follow you around the internet, and we do not have a mailing list to add you to.
What we collect
The contact form at /contact/ asks for five things: your name, your email address, your company or website if you want to give it, the kind of work you are asking about, and your message. Nothing on the form is collected quietly. If a field is not on the form, we did not ask for it.
You can skip the form entirely and write to hi@webfortuners.com. Then we hold only what is in your email.
Analytics
We measure visits so we can tell which pages are read and which are ignored. Three tools do this, and nothing else does. Umami counts page views, referrers, rough device types and which buttons and links are used; it sets no cookies and collects no personal data. Google Analytics 4 counts page views and interactions; it sets one cookie (called _ga) so it can tell one visit from another, and what it collects is governed by Google's own privacy terms. Microsoft Clarity records anonymized session playbacks (where people click, scroll and hesitate) so we can find confusing pages; text you type into forms is masked in those recordings.
None of these tools is used for advertising, none sells or shares data with advertisers, and Clarity masks form fields in recordings. We run no advertising or social tracking pixels of any kind.
Advertising
We run advertising campaigns to reach new clients, on search and social platforms. When you arrive here from one of our ads, the platform that showed it to you may learn that its ad brought you here. That relationship is between you and the platform, and it is governed by the platform's own privacy terms.
If a campaign ever adds a measurement tag to this site, this section is updated to name the tag and what it collects before it runs. Today there are no advertising tags on this site, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers.
Where it goes
The contact form posts to our own endpoint on this site's server, which validates the message and mails it to the studio inbox. We read it there and reply from there. The provider that delivers that mail processes it in order to deliver it, and publishes its own privacy terms.
The site is mostly static, but the contact, application and order forms post to our own endpoints on the same server. Applications and orders are stored there so we can act on them; enquiries live in an inbox, the way an email does.
What is stored on your device
Two things. When you use the light and dark toggle in the header, your choice is saved in your browser under the key theme, in local storage, so the site does not flash the wrong colours at you on the next page. It never leaves your browser and it is not a cookie. Clearing your site data removes it.
Google Analytics 4 also sets a single cookie called_ga. We do not read it for our own purposes; it exists only so GA can tell visits apart. You can remove it by clearing cookies and site data for this domain.
Microsoft Clarity sets its own cookies (named_clck and _clsk) so it can tell visits apart and stitch page views into a session recording. You can remove them by clearing cookies and site data for this domain.
What this site does not do
- No sale or sharing of your data with advertisers.
- No third-party fonts. The typefaces are served from this domain, so no font provider sees your visit.
- No embedded video players. The film on the home page is a file on this domain, not a YouTube frame.
- No newsletter, because we do not run one.
Hosting
The site is served as static files by our hosting provider. Like every web host, it handles the network request that delivers this page to you, and keeps the operational logs any host keeps in order to serve traffic and block abuse. We do not add anything to that.
Questions
Anything on this page, or anything about a message you have already sent us, goes to hi@webfortuners.com. A person will answer it. Our studio address is 77 Tagore Nagar, Hiran Magri, Sector 4, Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.
Changes
If the site starts doing something new, this page changes first. The date in the margin is the date it last changed.
