A FIPS 140-2 Level 2 USB e-token is mandatory for downloading a new certificate under CCA (government) rules. Add one for ₹650 unless you already own a compatible token; assisted support (application, verification and download guidance) is an optional ₹800. Certificates are issued only after verification; expiry means reissue, not renewal.

Individual filings
Government filings, MCA/ROC, EPFO, director KYC, CBSE principal, trademark, IRCTC agent, patent filing, e-banking
- Paperless path: PAN card plus Aadhaar linked to that PAN and to your mobile. Photo and ID are captured live during video KYC.
- Fallback: PAN card, address proof (Aadhaar / passport / driving licence / voter ID), passport photo, active email and mobile.

Organization and tendering
E-tendering, e-procurement, company filings, ICEGATE, e-auctions

By entity type
- Proprietorship: business registration certificate, company PAN where applicable, last 3-month bank statement.

- Corporate / LLP / AOP / NGO-Trust: incorporation (or registration) certificate, company PAN (NGO/Trust PAN), last 3-month bank statement.
- Government bodies: applicant photo, PAN, authorization letter, organizational ID of the authorized person.

Token delivery
New issuance needs a USB e-token. Pick it up free in Udaipur or we ship it priority across India.
DSCs do not renew. Once the certificate expires, it is reissued with a fresh verification cycle.
