The approach
Arry’s Roofing Services has worked across roofing, storm damage repair and construction around Tarpon Springs, Florida since 1990. A roofing site has an unusual visitor: often a homeowner who has just found water where water should not be, on a phone, in a hurry, with no idea which contractor to trust. The site had to answer that person, not a browsing researcher.
So the two things that end the visit are never more than a thumb away. The free estimate request and the phone number sit in the header on every screen, and the number is a live tel link, because on a phone tapping to call is the whole conversion.
The rest of the page exists to make that call feel safe. Roofing has a trust problem: the work is expensive, urgent, hard for a homeowner to assess, and the trade attracts enough storm-chasers to make people cautious. The site answers that with evidence rather than adjectives. Manufacturer certifications and program credentials sit high on the page as recognisable marks. Third-party review and accreditation badges follow. Residential, commercial and services split into three routes so a visitor self-selects instead of reading past work that is not theirs. A customer video and a path through to full reviews carry the part no company can credibly say about itself.
Structurally it is a services site with one job, and everything on the page is either that job or the reassurance a stranger needs before doing it.
