AI Strategy & Evaluation
Adoption roadmaps, evals and safety for teams going AI-first
Start a projectIn short
Most AI strategies fail in the same place: they start from the technology and work backwards to a problem. We start from your workflows. Which ones to automate first, which models fit them, how to measure quality, and where the risks actually live. You get a prioritized roadmap with cost models and an evaluation framework, not a slide deck of hype.
Deliverables
What you get.
Everything listed here is a thing you can hold: a document, a system, a working piece of software. Not hours, not effort.
- 01A workflow audit: every candidate process scored on volume, repetition, risk and data readiness
- 02A prioritized adoption roadmap: what to build first, what to buy, what to leave alone
- 03Model evaluation on your real tasks, with accuracy, latency and cost-per-action measured
- 04A safety and risk review: data exposure, failure modes, regulatory exposure
- 05An evaluation framework your team keeps, so every future model swap is a measurement, not a debate
- 06A build-versus-buy call for each item, with honest cost ranges
Capabilities
What we can take on.
The concrete jobs this service covers. Yours is not listed? Ask anyway: the honest answer is often a sibling service.
- An honest audit of which of your workflows AI can actually help
- Model benchmarks run on your real tasks, not public leaderboards
- Build versus buy analysis, with the costs of both on one page
- Risk mapping: what the agent may touch, and what it never may
- A phased roadmap: what to automate first, and what to leave alone
Process
How we work.
Four stages, one line. The order never changes; the depth does.
- 01Interview the people doing the workThe map comes from them, not from the org chart.
- 02Score every candidate workflowVolume times repetitiveness, discounted by risk.
- 03Benchmark on real tasksCandidate models run against your data before any recommendation is written.
- 04Deliver the roadmapPrioritized, costed, and honest about what not to automate.
The working model
The harness, drawn.
Four stages, narrated, with captions. Sound is off until you ask for it.
Why Web Fortuners
Three reasons, checkable.
- 01
We build what we recommend
The evaluation methods are the same ones our own agent builds have to pass.
- 02
The roadmap does not require hiring us
It names what to buy off the shelf where that is the right answer.
- 03
We will tell you where AI does not belong
That costs a sale for anyone selling licenses, which is exactly why they will not tell you.
FAQ
Questions, answered.
The things people ask before they write to us. Yours is not here? Ask it directly.
Yes, that is exactly the starting point. The workflow audit exists for teams that suspect AI matters but have no map of where. You finish it with a prioritized list, not a vague sense of urgency.
The roadmap is written to be executable by anyone, including your own developers. Where we are the wrong fit for a build, the roadmap says so. Advice that only works if you hire us is not advice.
On your tasks, with your data, against criteria we agree on first: accuracy, latency, cost per action and failure modes. Vendor benchmarks do not survive contact with a real workload.
Fixed fee for the audit and roadmap, quoted in writing after a first conversation about scope. No retainer is required to get the roadmap.
Proof
The pillar at work.
No case study credits this exact service yet. These credit its siblings in the AI pillar: same studio, same standards.

Agents that do, not chat.
Models put inside the workflow, with the harness, the evaluations and the human checkpoints that make them safe to run in production.
- 01AI AgentsAutonomous agents that execute real work, not chatbots
- 02Agent HarnessesOrchestration, tooling, evals and guardrails for agents at scale
- 03API Integration & ImplementationLLM APIs, MCP servers and system integration done right
- 04Knowledge SystemsRAG and vector search over your company knowledge
- 06Workflow AutomationEnd-to-end business processes automated with AI in the loop
- 07Conversational AgentsChat and voice agents that answer, qualify and book, around the clock
